“We had a great tour guide, Jeremy who was super patient and knowledgeable. The ride was very challenging even with the e-bikes but then again, I've never been mountain biking before. Others in the group had a much easier time then me. The bikes were high quality and very expensive with great suspension to cushion the ride. We booked on Viator which said to get there at 8:30am but everyone else who booked directly with Big Island Bike Rentals were told to get there at 9am so that was frustrating.”

“You’ll need to know this to find the group - if you’re arriving from the Hilo side, the group will be located RIGHT BEFORE the lodge on your right. If you make it to the lodge, you've gone too far and need to turn around and make the first left! Other than the confusing directions, this activity was a ton of fun and Derek was an excellent guide full of enthusiasm and knowledge. Make sure you grab yourself a couple of bottles of water and some snacks BEFORE the ride starts or you’ll be without as they pack it all up and didn’t seem to offer any following the ride!…”
